Our end-to-end management incorporates creative design, accurate costing and budget management, followed by detailed planning and hands on implementation of the event – or multi-phase activation – from designing the invite and handling employee RSVP’s, to travel and accommodation logistics, and on-site event management from set up to wrap up.
EnOv8 was asked to create an immersive employee experience for Sanlam Private Wealth (SPW) employees from across South Africa at their national conference. The activation was to implant the positive behaviours which embody SPW’s values without overtly revealing to employees what the new company vision was. The company Vision and values would subsequently be formally rolled out later at the conference.
EnOv8 conceptualised, designed and implemented an activation where employees were broken into teams, each given one letter of the alphabet and charged with writing, propping, directing and ultimately shooting a one minute video that illustrated a value starting with that letter. By way of feedback, with only a 12-hour turn-around time, EnOv8 created a composite master video for presentation at the conference the next morning.
Beyond being an academic or one-sided exercise, the activation was followed by feedback workshops at the 8 SPW branches across SA. Here employees were given a platform and empowered to enter into open, unbiased communication with their managers over issues that surfaced.
250 Sanlam Private Wealth employees were engaged and took on board the company values before the new vision was formally launched. The vision was launched using the video to the whole company by their CEO and illustrated that every employee is a piece of the puzzle. The employee communication rand feedback received at the workshops was captured and documented to be used in a behaviour change tool.
