VIRTUAL MEDICAL CONFERENCE

The AfIHC Conference is a gathering of Doctors and Nurses from across Africa and this was the first time that they took their conference online due to gatherings no longer being an option. We provided them with a digital marketing strategy which included a qualitative review of their competitors and market. We designed a brand new look and feel for their event that incorporated the UN Sustainability goals and rolled this out across social media, invitations and a sponsorship prospectus.

SUPERHERO THEME EVENT

Our client wanted to celebrate the superhero talents of their team members in their fi rst big online event since lockdown started. We designed a superhero look and feel and created a digital campaign including the invitation, slide design, virtual backgrounds and all other presentation elements. We supported the presenters with MS Teams training and rehearsals and ensured they had everything they needed to present their content to the audience. We built a custom online quiz that kept the audience engaged with the content, awarded the winners after the event and provided the client with post event analytics to show audience engagement.

VIRTUAL SEMINAR SERIES

For over 11 years we have worked closely with the Employee Assistance Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA) creating and managing their annual, national 4-day conference. In 2020 we took this 400 strong, in-person conference online, transforming it into a bi-monthly seminar series, the programme of which is now going into its second year. A sub-brand called for online education, called “EduWeb”, was created for the client with it’s own corporate identity and was rolled out across a digital marketing campaign. This includes website design; regular articles; social media; marketing emailers and integrated video and slide design. We take care of delegate and speaker management as well as event management and technical support for each seminar.

Eduweek 2023 South Africa EAPA. The conference organizing team was professional and easy to collaborate with to get my presentation confirm and ready for the website summary materials. Thanks for promoting my survey to the attendee list and social media so the research findings could be featured in the talk. For the live event, the technology setup worked perfectly for my virtual presentation. I was pleased that I was able to keep the timing to 30 minutes of material and 10 for Q&A. The conference resort site on the beach looked wonderful. I expect that everyone there enjoyed the week together in that beautiful place. My only regret was that I was not also there in person to learn from all of the other presentations and have fun at the social events.
