Project Overview
Kellogg’s tasked EnOv8 with crafting the employee experience for the Kellogg’s K’lub Awards, a programme designed to recognise and reward long-serving employees. The programme aimed to engage employees and their families, acknowledge the employees contributions, the support from their families during their time with the company, and celebrate their milestones in a meaningful, bespoke and personalised manner.
The Process
To engage with employees, the awards were announced in a town hall meeting, providing a public platform to celebrate the honourees, and each recipient received a framed certificate symbolising their achievement and dedication along with a custom box of confectionary, crafted to represent their milestone and Kellogg’s as a company. Communication was streamlined through email notifications, which included brochures showcasing reward options, where recipients could select their preferences and custom make packages for the tier of their award category.

Award Tiers
The Awards catered to employees at various service milestones, offering personalised experiences and gifts. For the 5-year award, recipients enjoyed a family picnic experience with their families including a bespoke menu, a bottle of bubbly, branded blankets and baskets. The 10-year award featured a dining experience at home with options like a personal chef, spit braai, or cooking class, accompanied by a celebratory hamper. The 15-year award allowed recipients to choose from an array of unique experiences such as hot air balloon rides, spa days, and quad biking, along with keepsakes like personalised Kellogg’s branded jackets and custom gift boxes.Those employees reaching the incredible 20-year milestone with Kellogg’s were given the opportunity to select an all inclusive getaway in South Africa. The options included a bush break, a city stay, a Sun City getaway or a beach holiday. Each getaway included a 5 star dinner experience and various activities in the area, Each tier was designed to provide a memorable and meaningful celebration of the employees’ dedication and their families support.
