The EAPA-SA Annual Eduweek Conference 2023, held from the 18th to the 21st of September at the picturesque Wild Coast Sun, was a landmark event in the Employee Assistance Professionals industry. At EnOv8, we meticulously managed every aspect of this 4-day programme, ensuring its success and impact.
















Working with the EAPA-SA Board
We worked closely with the conference organising committee (COC), a dedicated group of volunteers on the EAPA-SA board, our client. Their insights and collaboration were invaluable in tailoring the conference to meet the needs of the attendees and ensure a successful event.

Comprehensive Programme Management
Budget Management and Venue Booking
We began by managing the budget meticulously, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Securing the Wild Coast Sun as the venue set the stage for an impressive conference. Our team handled all aspects of the venue booking, including negotiating rates and confirming logistics. Our experience in venue management ensures that every detail is covered, creating a seamless experience for all attendees.
Speaker Applications and On-Site Management
Our team managed the entire speaker application and approval and briefing process, presenting the COC with all the details which allowed them to select experts to provide valuable insights. On-site, we ensured speakers were well-prepared and supported, guaranteeing smooth presentations and engagement with attendees. EnOv8 specialises in speaker management, making sure each session runs flawlessly and contributes to the event’s success.
Exhibition and Conference Programme
The conference featured a, exhibition where industry leaders showcased their latest advancements. We curated a conference programme that included nine masterclasses on the first day, followed by plenary sessions with speakers from diverse backgrounds, enriching delegates with specialised knowledge. Our strategic planning and creative concepts ensure that each event is engaging and informative.
Venue Management
Throughout the event, our team maintained seamless venue management. From setting up the masterclass rooms to coordinating the main plenary sessions, we ensured that all logistical aspects were handled efficiently, creating a conducive environment for learning and networking.
Sponsor Liaison
We worked closely with sponsors, ensuring their visibility and engagement. Our team facilitated sponsor interactions with delegates, maximising their return on investment and strengthening their ties to the EAP community. EnOv8’s sponsor liaison services ensure that sponsors and client’s alike receive maximum exposure and value from their participation.

Social and Networking Events
Cocktail Party and Gala Dinner
The conference wasn’t just about learning; it was also about building connections. We organised a vibrant cocktail party on day two, where delegates could relax, network, and enjoy a lively atmosphere. The highlight was the Presidential Awards Dinner on day four, themed “Black Tie – Gold, Glitz, and Glam.” This gala event celebrated the announcement of new board members and honoured outstanding contributions in the EAP field. EnOv8 excels in creating memorable social events that foster connections and celebrate achievements.
